At an official award ceremony on Thursday 23 March 2017 held at Nouvel Etablissement Namur in Luxembourg, ATOZ Tax Advisers Luxembourg was honoured with the title of “#1 Best Workplace” in Luxembourg for firms of over 50 employees. ATOZ has received the certification of “Best Workplace” for 5 consecutive years.
Managed by The Great Place to Work Institute, Inc., an independent research and management consultancy with affiliates throughout the world, the “Best Workplaces” certification is determined in a large part through an anonymous survey which seeks to measure the presence of five characteristics in the workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Other factors, such as the firm’s organisational culture, employee benefits, HR policies and procedures are also taken into consideration for the final ranking.
ATOZ HR Director, Benjamin Bonvalot and Mylène Maffi, Senior Officer, accepted the award noting, “It’s an honour to be acknowledged yet again for our workplace values and practices. I am particularly proud of our culture of mutual respect between management and employees. It’s a genuine moral contract that we take very seriously.”
