Atos, an international leader in digital services, launches an innovative WiFi Calling solution in collaboration with mobile device software vendor, Lydrasoft. The combined forces of Lydrasoft’s user friendly smartphone software with call control and messaging interworking products from Atos guarantee a seamless user experience. Communication Service Providers (CSP) can now benefit from the advantages of Atos and Lydrasoft’s WiFi Calling solution that has been designed as “good-to-go”, ensuring that they can test, trial and roll-out simply and rapidly.

Among the top challenges faced by CSPs are:

Acute downturn of mobile revenues, partially due to revenue leakage to Over-The-Top (OTT) players and applications

High churn amongst business and consumer customers where many customer complaints are related to poor network coverage
