OBJECTIVES

The EDHEC LLM in Law & Tax Management is a one-year full-time programme entirely taught in 
English. The EDHEC LLM seeks to offer students global knowledge of the relationships between 
companies and their legal environment, together with an in-depth understanding of the practice of 
business law in international law firms and corporate legal departments.

The EDHEC LLM in Law & Tax Management offers a practice-oriented curriculum designed for 

students who want to become business lawyers, in-house counsels or compliance officers.

The programme draws on the collective expertise of LegalEdhec, a research centre led by distinguished professors of law who produce critical insight into the field of law and management. 


STRONGLY CONNECTED WITH THE BUSINESS WORLD

Based on the concept ‘One File/One Firm’, a series of practical exercises and studies cases are organised to further promote a dynamic and pragmatic approach. Specialised lawyers and some of the most repudiate law firms and companies such as August & Debouzy,EY, Freshfields, Linklaters, White & Case, Deloitte Luxembourg, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, AG2R La Mondiale, Studiocanal and Tarkett have partnered with the LLM to further train future legal practitioners.
