Chaloka Beyani, Associate Professor in the Law Department, addressed the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva on Monday 20 January 2014 on the situation in the Central African Republic in his capacity as Chair of the Coordination Committee of the United Nations Human Rights Special fProcedures.
