Descriptif du poste


Your main duties will be to assist the legal team in the administration, organisation, preparation, negotiation, and review of various company contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, and amendments. 

 

A successful Legal Intern will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent grammar, and attention to detail along with the ability to manage multiple projects (including legal research). 

 

Our ideal candidate has previous experience with contracts administration, including data entry and establishing organised systems, and is familiar with legal requirements for contract drafting and contract reviews. Ultimately, you should ensure all contracts conform to applicable law and meet our company standards.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare contracts regarding our software services;

  • Support sales team in drafting contracts and seeing contracts through to full execution;

  •  Manage contracts database, reporting, and filing system and all requisite data entry;

  •  Oversee due diligence research of new customers and vendors;

  •  Assist legal team with the implementation of new legal software;

  •  Assist attorneys with analysing potential risks involved with specific contract terms;

  • Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed;

  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records.

Profil recherché


REQUIREMENTS

  • CRFPA or Master’s degree 

  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts;

  • Excellent writing skills and grammar;

  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors;

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills;

  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners;

  • Be able to work independently and autonomously;

  • Be a fluent English speaker.
