As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Human resources team.

You will join the legal department, being part of a multicultural team. We are recruiting a Legal & Compliance Officer to support the growing activity on an international perimeter.

You will play a major role in the legal department, and you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Handle and answer personal data request or complaints from individuals
• Draft and update internal policies and procedures related to data protection
• Draft and negotiate data protection agreements (clients and suppliers agreements, NDAs etc...)

• Provide assistance to managers in answering clients tenders on data protection questions

• Legal Research & Legal Monitoring & Legal Mappings

• Perform internal investigations to map any new data processing, maintain up to data the records of processing, perform Data Impact analysis in collaboration with the internal client when necessary
• Perform country risk analysis on local regulations and suggest corrective actions
• Develop and perform various data protection trainings for internal clients to raise awareness about data protection

Profile Requirements:

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in law school, a specialization in data protection is valued
• Proactive and self-motivated. Ability to detect risks and drive topics independently;
• Ability to navigate into large organizations and collaborate with internal clients and external contributors at all levels
• Good oral and written communication skills in French, English
• Great ability to do efficient reporting to managers and Group stakeholders;
• Accountability and reliability, high responsiveness;
• Being curious and open-minded.
