Conseille et accompagne les clients internes sur toute question relative au droit social, tant sur le plan individuel que collectif ; 

Prépare et participe aux réunions et négociations avec les partenaires sociaux et IRP; 

Sécurise les opérations de l'entreprise sur le plan du droit social; 

Participe activement à la mise en oeuvre dans l'entreprise des récentes réformes ( élections, négociations, etc..)

Diplôme : Master 2 Droit Social / Droit du Travail 
Expérience : Au moins 2 ans
