Descriptif du poste

As a Legal HR Officer you will be responsible to provide accurate as well as timely legal support and advice for countries on a specific geographical scope in the various domain of Social Labour Law.

You will be in charge of:

  • Legal support in Social and Labour Law on various topics
  • Drafting & reviewing employment agreements and employment related documents
  • Risk analysis
    • Employment contract Clauses- 
    • Post-contractual obligations
    • Validity of documents
    • Breach of contractual obligations
    • Litigations and pre-litigations
  • Disciplinary procedures and Termination of Employment Contracts
  •      Employment Policies

Profil recherché

Ideal profile : 

  •  Master graduate in Labour Law
  • Minimum 24 months of work experience (internships included) in a related field in an international company or law firm
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work in an international business environment;
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to work in autonomy
  • English & French fluent
