Program

Our elective program enables students to design their own curriculum by choosing from a wide range of courses and seminars, offered exclusively for LL.M. studies.

The courses and seminars are divided into several tracks: General Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Public Law, and Criminal Law.

Candidates are required to earn a total of 32 academic credits; 18 of which, within one of the five tracks, and complete a year-long seminar (worth 6 credits). Each track includes a compulsory seminar on Theoretical Approaches to the Law (2 credits), Toolbox for Effective Lawyering (4 credits), four core courses; at least two of which, within the selected track (8 credits), and up to six elective courses (12 credits).

Our unique Toolbox for Effective Lawyering is highly-regarded as a useful guide for lawyers and legal professionals. Composed by some of best legal minds in the country, the toolbox offers practical skills and creative problem solving practices for a wide range of legal scenarios.

Our students also enjoy a variety of opportunities to enhance their studies, and further develop their practical skills by taking part in the Faculty's Clinical Legal Education Program,in one of the many student-led organizations and initiatives, or law reviews and journals editorial boards.
