Curriculum


The course is made up of three stages - Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and LLM.


Postgraduate Certificate in Law

You’ll study this module:

  • Legal Scholarship

Plus you’ll choose an additional two modules from a wide ranging list.


Postgraduate Diploma in Law

You’ll study these core modules:

  • Public International Law
  • Comparative Jurisprudence

And you’ll choose one optional module from the following:

  • Applied Research in Criminal Justice Systems
  • Clinic
  • Commercial Theories
  • Comparative Criminal Justice and Policing
  • Intellectual Property in the Digital Age
  • International Banking and Finance Law
  • International Commercial Arbitration
  • International Criminal Law
  • International Economic Law and Development
  • Investigation and Prosecution of Transnational Crime
  • Law of International Trade
  • Public International Law
