The Spanish-language LL.M. in Trial Advocacy is an online academic program for licensed attorneys taught entirely in Spanish, offering participating students additional knowledge and practice for professional development.

The program provides relevant skills training to Latin American lawyers facing new judicial models being implemented, such as the more modern and transparent adversarial system.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be an attorney, with or without experience in litigation
  • Applicants must be able to travel to the United States for two weeks—one week at the beginning of the program and once again at the program’s conclusion
  • Classes are held on weekends only, so there is a study commitment during the weekends
