Florida Coastal School of Laws Logistics and Transporation programs are designed for three different types of students:

• Those with a J.D. degree from either a U.S. law school or a law school outside of the U.S. who are interested in obtaining an LL.M. degree in Transportation and Logistics Law.
• Those with a J.D. degree from either a U.S. law school or a law school outside of the U.S. who are interested in obtaining a Certificate in Transportation and Logistics Law.
• Those who have a bachelor’s degree or significant work experience in the logistics and transportation field who are interested in obtaining a Certificate in Transportation and Logistics Regulation.

The goal of the program Coastal Law’s Transportation and Logistics is to train Solution Brokers. A Solution Broker is a transportation and logistics professional who is well rounded in logistics and ocean/rail/truck and air carriage who can communicate with carriers, regulators, labor, and lawyers to resolve disputes before they become litigation.
