-  Etudiants titulaires d'un M2 en droit.

-  Etudiants titulaires d'un M1 en droit justifiant de résultats académiques d'exception

   et d'un projet professionnel.

- Etudiants étrangers titulaires d'un diplôme de fin d'études juridiques.

Application

LL.M. in Law and Business (English track) is open to:

- Students having obtained a French Master II of Law
- Students having obtained a French Master I of Law with awards and a professional plan
- Foreign students having obtained a law degree

Programme

Il permet aux étudiants de suivre une formation pluridisciplinaire, d'ancrer leurs connaissances juridiques dans la pratique des affaires et de parfaire leur maitrise des savoir-faire professionnels, notamment des techniques de rédaction contractuelle.


Cours en anglais de septembre à janvier ou de janvier à mai pour un total de 220 heures, suivis d'un stage de 4 à 6 mois

Programme


It enables students to get a multidisciplinary training, to deepen their legal knowledge as well as to improve how to use professional kow-how, especially techniques to draft a contract.

Lectures are taught in English and take place either from September to January  or from January to Mai. 
The LL.M. includes 220 hours of lectures and an internship from 4 to 6 months.
