LLM in International Commercial Law and Practice (Online Course)

Application

To be eligible to study for an LLM degree you should have a first degree in an appropriate subject, or relevant qualifications and professional experience.


Your first degree does not have to be in the subject of Law, but it must be from a recognised higher education institution.


If your first language is not English, you will need to provide documentary evidence of competence in both written and spoken English. Details of the tests and required level of attainment are as follows: 

  • IELTS: total score of 7.0 (with at least 6.5 in each module); 
  • TOEFL-internet-based test: total score of 100 (with at least 23 in each module); 
  • Pearson Test of English: total score of 67 (with at least 61 in each of the "Communicative Skills" sections);
  • Cambridge English Test:
    •  Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): Grade B
    •  Certificate in Advanced English (CAE): Grade A
