The LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law Program curriculum consists of the following classes:

1) Three of the following four foundational classes:

• Intellectual Property
• Copyright
• Patents
• Unfair Competition and Trademark

2) Intellectual Property Workshop Seminar (spring semester, three credits)

3) Foreign-Trained Lawyers must also take “Introduction to American Law,” and the “Legal Research and Writing Seminar,” each for two credits in the fall semester.
