LLM in Information Technology Law (Online Course)

Application

When submitting your application, you must submit the following documentation in support of your application:

To join one of our LLM programmes in law by online distance learning, you will generally need to have completed an undergraduate degree programme to a very high standard: either with first or upper second-class Honours (or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard).


Your first degree does not have to be in the subject of Law, but it must be from a recognised higher education institution.


Other qualifications and professional experience will also be considered as part of your application.

The LLM in Information Technology Law requires that you complete six modules, four of which must be core modules, and a dissertation over your chosen period of study.

 

We offer a comprehensive and wide range of modules for you to choose from.  In addition to the core information technology modules you will be able to engage with a range of subject areas, including:

  • intellectual property law
  • innovation and competition law
  • medical law.
