Curriculum

The course lasts two semesters and covers 24 semester week hours, which should be divided into two areas of law. In the third semester, you write your Master's thesis and take the oral examination. You may choose from the following areas of law: civil law, public law, criminal law and foundation subjects (for example, the history of Roman or German law, general political science, etc.) The wide range of professors opens up an extensive variety of options for specialisation. Commercial and company law, internet law, family and inheritance law, medical law, criminology, international business law, international law, European law and international criminal law, to name but a few.

It is possible to apply for each semester. Close of applications is 15 July for the winter semester and 15 January for the summer semester. For students outside the European Union application is via the online application form. This is also for use by applicants who come from EU countries.
