International Business Law LLM

Application

An undergraduate honours class degree 2:2 or above in law or a professional qualification in law deemed to be degree equivalent. (Other qualifications or specific professional training and /or experience may also be considered if applicant is able to demonstrate his/her suitability for the course and to provide evidence as appropriate. Such applicants may be interviewed.)


IELTS – 6.5 or equivalent (with no individual component of less than 6.0)

An undergraduate law degree with 2:2 Honours is necessary, as well as a score of 7.0 at the IELTS (or equivalent).

Curriculum

The LLM International Business Law is available to students from both a legal and non-legal background. Our students have typically been law graduates, business graduates, legal professionals and people working in commercial fields both nationally and internationally. Within industry international business law is a fast-changing and increasingly complex area.


This postgraduate course provides students with analytical and reflective skills and expertise in international business law. It provides a learning experience which will enable students to develop their academic ability and enhance their performance in employment and further develop their career opportunities. It provides the successful candidate with a recognised postgraduate qualification in International Business Law.
