Admission Qualifications

U.S.-educated applicants must hold a law degree from an ABA-approved lawschool and may begin the program in August or January.

Lawyers educated in other countries (August admission, only) must hold a law degree from a university accredited by the country’s ministry of education or be admitted to practice law before the highest court in their jurisdiction. 
A TOEFL or IELTS exam is required of applicants who obtained their law degree in a country where English is not the official language. We require a score of 100 on the TOEFL or 7.0 on the IELTS.
