This comes from the gathering of CCM teams, onshore and offshore.

Descriptif du poste


The mission objectives:   Joining the central team of the CCM Department, the Trainee collaborates in the coordination of the various projects led by the Group's Commercial & Contract Management Director and its CCM Heads (CCM Directors within the SBUs / Geographies).  

The objective of its mission is to contribute to the deployment of CCM in the Group, focused on the coordination of onshore and offshore activities, the sharing of best practices, the development of methodologies specific to the function.          

 

Principal activities :  

  • Working along with the Central CCM Team, the CCM Trainee will be reporting directly to several managers of the CCM function. The Trainee of the CCM function is mainly in charge of handling/monitoring several reporting tools, processes and initiatives.

 

  • As integral part of his mission, the CCM Trainee will also be in charge of some of the following special activities:   Contribute to the deployment of the collaborative platform of Commercial & Contract Management including descriptions of the following elements: CCM function within the Group; Life cycle of the contract; Company policies (negotiation guide of contractual clauses, confidentiality of data, etc.); Etc.

 

  • Ensure the communication of the CCM Department both internally (Newsletter, various communications, surveys ...) and externally (organization and participation in IACCM or other events);

 

  • Organize agendas and take minutes of various strategic meetings between the Group Head of CCM and her CCM Heads, or between the Group Head of CCM and other directorates within Capgemini;

 

  • Maintain documentation (welcome kit for new entrants, function presentations, presentations of various procedures related to the function ...);

 

  • Contribute to the organization of the CCM Annual forum; Support the organization of webinars dedicated to CCMs;

 

  • and Ensure the administrative follow-up of several projects related to the function.    

Profil recherché


Profile required:  

  • Business School / Master 1 or Master 2; and or Faculty of Law / Master 1 or Master 2;
  • Specific training in Contract Management is not necessary but a plus (E2CM diploma, IACCM certification, D.U. Contract Management etc.);
  • Excellent oral and written communication;
  • Advanced oral and written English (IELTS 7 or equivalent);
  • Meticulous; Team spirit; Proactivity and responsiveness;
  • Good knowledge of the pack Office; and Previous work experience/internship is a plus.

Duration: 6 months; 4-days RTT; Location: 76 Avenue Kleber, 75016, Paris; Ticket-restaurants and Transport monthly ticket; Internship agreement is mandatory.
