We are currently looking to hire a Paralegal Corporate and Compliance to join our Dean’s Office Department. This is a permanent, full-time and global position that will be based, as part of our Legal Department, at our Europe Campus in France, Fontainebleau. INSEAD has a hybrid working policy with teleworking.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will support the legal department in terms of corporate and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Responsible for all corporate matters in the legal department including company secretarial assistance, drafting legal documents, ensuring legal formalities, organizing, and maintaining corporate records (portfolio of legal entities worldwide, notably companies and foundations)
  • Assist the General Counsel with Ethics & Compliance initiatives and programs, including standards, policies, and processes
  • Prepare and manage delegation of powers and signatures
  •  Manage the legal department’s digital tools for Corporate and Compliance
  • Manage the legal budget and the various invoices for the department, report on KPIs
  • Manage subscriptions to legal documents / library for the legal department
  • Support the General Counsel and the legal team as needed

 

Profil recherché


To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Law degree or other relevant professional legal qualifications
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an international environment (multinational company or large law firm)
  • Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
