As part of the Legal department of the ARaymond group’s headquarters, your main responsibilities include :

Corporate law :

You will assist at the French Araymond companie’s general meetings concerning the approval of the accounts

• Writing of convocation notices to general meetings as well as of attached documents and sending out of these notices.
• Proof reading of management reports prepared by the finance department with modifications if required.
• Keeping attendance sheets.
• Retrieving financial data and writing minutes of general meetings.
• Filling of accounts to the court

Contract law :

• Review of national and international commercial contracts.
• Contract audit.
• Assistance in setting up Legal Guidelines, a contract library and model clauses.
• Drafting of consultations on legal issues.
• Legal monitoring.

You are a student in first or second year of a Master’s degree in business law and you want to work for an innovative and international company.

You are curious, open-minded and proactive, you have a good basic knowledge of the legislative context.

You are serious and rigorous, qualities that will allow you to carry out your duties while being able to propose improvements and new solutions.

You master legal English and you would like to integrate a dynamic team that will give you challenging responsibilities.
