Descriptif du poste


Principal Assistant for the global Legal and Compliance (L&C) team and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) in an administrative capacity; as central administrative support your responsibilities will include: the preparation and organization of various legal documents, organizing travel and expenses, calendar reservations, management of meeting logistics. Creation of presentations and reports in various tech environments.

Responsibilities
  • Central administrative support function for all L&C team with legal assistant requirements
  • Executive assistant duties for CLO, including calendar management, travel management and expense processing (T&E), preparation of presentations
  • T&E management for Legal & Compliance leadership team (LCLT) and other L&C team members
  • Processing and tracking of invoices, outside counsel inventory and legal research tools/association memberships
  • Management team training for legal technology tools and related user licenses
  • General office management duties: general meeting logistics, office suppliers, courier, postal services
  • Assistance managing new joiner on-boarding
  • Support communications on company intranet to L&C team and CWT teams generally

Profil recherché


 

 Experience

  • Associate degree with executive assistant qualifications or equivalent
  • 5+ previous executive assistant experience required
  • Experience working within an international company preferred

Languages

  • English fluent, written and oral
  • At least one other language, French is preferred

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)

  • Excellent knowledge and use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Capable of showing sensitivity and discretion in the handling of all legal work products and other confidential and proprietary information
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across boundaries in a multicultural environment
  • Effectively manage time to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Well-developed organization and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to evaluate questions arising in the absence of supervisor and refer to the appropriate individual
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively and develop relationships with personnel at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Can work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
