The Banking & Finance Department seeks qualified lawyer with excellent academic background and well developed English and French language skills.

Responsibilities On a daily basis, the candidate will have to deal with different kind of transactions and to work for a broad range of clients from financial institutions to more private clients.

The candidate will take part in mergers and acquisitions process, capital markets, stock purchases and investments by both companies and individuals.

The candidate will be actively implied in the team and the transactions.

• You have strong relevant experience in banking & finance, 2 to 5 years ;  
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and you are proficient in French. Additional languages such as German and Luxembourgish are an advantage ;
•  You have a strong ability to analyse and summarise information ;
•  You are self-motivating and willing to take initiatives ;
•  You can communicate effectively and act as a team player ;
•  You are organised, flexible and able to manage several files concurrently.
