Descriptif du poste

  • Offer a first-class multidisciplinary service to the local and international clients regarding the most sensitive and complex :
    • Corporate, commercial and civil pre-litigation and litigation matters, including in front of the courts ;
    • Local real estate transactions, developments and leases.


  • Work closely with other departments (cross-practice) and offices in other jurisdictions (cross-border matters) ;


Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issu.

Profil recherché

  • 2-4 years’ of successful experience acquired in litigation and/or real estate transactions within a Luxembourg, or a well-known French or Belgian law firm ;
  • Strong interest for civil and contract law and/or procedure ;
  • A strong academic background and qualifications in law (i.e. a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications), ideally completed with a specialized Master’s degree ;
  • Member of the List I or the List IV of the Luxembourg Bar or Member of an European Bar ;
  • Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered as an asset ;
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, detail-oriented with a strategic mind and a professional approach at all times ;
  • Proactive with outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to demonstrate absolute discretion and to deliver a high quality of work within tight deadlines ;
  • Autonomous and self-starting person who can work both on their own initiative and within a team.
