The functional departments of EY in France, which are in constant contact with the different business lines, provide support to employees in their day-to-day work. The expertise of employees in the functional departments contributes to the operational excellence and development of EY in France.
We are recruiting a lawyer with experience in contract law and new technologies law, with significant experience in the contractualization of managed services rolled out in several countries for major clients.
Your duties:
Within the contracts department:
- You will support operational staff in the contractualization and performance of their engagements with clients and, where necessary, with EY business partners and suppliers.
- You will contribute your expertise, particularly in the contractualization of managed services. Within this framework, your main duties will be:
- Providing expertise and contributing to EY’s different business lines
- Supporting and anticipating (to the greatest extent possible) changes in EY offers and business lines in the context of their digital transformation and innovation projects
- Proposing and developing contractualization templates and tools to facilitate file processing
- Overseeing compliance, notably with policies defined at the EY global level
- Providing training to professionals on legal problems encountered and on EY policies
Your background
You have a Bac+5 (post-graduate) level, specializing in business law and/or new technologies law (a double degree would be a plus). You have at least 10 years’ experience in an international company or law firm. During this time you have developed real skills in legal analysis and contract negotiation, and mastery of the issues relating to new technologies and innovation in implementing managed services.
In addition to these technical skills, you are dedicated, rigorous and dynamic. You listen to the concerns of operational staff, are proactive, and remain aware of their needs and priorities while looking to the interests of the firm and having a sound understanding of legal risk. You also possess good interpersonal skills and are a team player.
Lastly, you have a perfect command of business English and have worked regularly in both oral and written English.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to quickly step into the role of key contact for the operational teams.

Nous recrutons pour la direction juridique interne d’EY en France, un (ou une) juriste expérimenté(e) en droit des contrats et en droit des nouvelles technologies avec une expérience conséquente de la contractualisation de services managés déployés sur plusieurs pays pour des clients grand comptes.
Vos missions :
Au sein du pôle contrats :
- Vous accompagnez les opérationnels dans le cadre de la contractualisation et de l’exécution de leurs missions avec les clients et le cas échéant les partenaires et fournisseurs d’EY.
- Vous apportez votre expertise notamment en matière de contractualisation des services managés.
Dans ce cadre vous aurez principalement comme mission :
- D’apporter votre expertise et votre contribution aux différents métiers d’EY,
- D’accompagner et d’anticiper autant que possible l’évolution des offres ainsi que les métiers EY dans le cadre de leurs projets de transformation digitale et d’innovation,
- De proposer et d’élaborer des modèles de contractualisation et des outils pour faciliter le traitement des dossiers,
- D’assurer la compliance notamment avec les politiques définies par EY au niveau mondial,
- De former les professionnels sur les problématiques juridiques rencontrées et les politiques EY.
