Amadeus is the leading provider of IT solutions to the tourism and travel industry. Amadeus Legal Department is looking for a legal intern for its office in Sophia-Antipolis starting in November 2019 (or as soon as possible) for a 6-month period.

Descriptif du poste


Main Responsibilities      

 

Commercial contracts and legal corporate matters.

Within the Legal Procurement team, the intern will assist the Legal Counsel on both legal and administrative matters, in relation to transactional issues, contracts with suppliers, legal corporate administration.      

 

His/her main missions will be to support on:

  • conducting legal research and drafting notes in contract law, IT law
  • reviewing commercial contracts
  • updating and creating contractual templates
  • assisting in contract negotiations
  • drafting legal documents (NDAs, Minutes of shareholders meetings, LOIs, etc.)

Profil recherché


Requirements      

 

Very good command of English and French (both spoken and written)

Law degree or equivalent experience (Master 2 and/or Bar Exam)

Interest in the IT area

Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Sense of organisation and method          

 

Preference is given to candidates with      

 

Degree in Business law ("droit des affaires''), with a specialisation in contract law.

Experience: prior similar professional experience in commercial contract negotiation.

Ability to work with foreign colleagues or in a multi-cultural environment.
