Join SCOR's Compliance Department in a 12-month apprenticeship.

 

SCOR Compliance department is mainly in charge of sanctions, data protection, conflicts of interest and anti-bribery matters for SCOR Group and its regions in EMEA, Americas and APAC.

Within the Compliance department, SCOR Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) oversees the Group data protection strategy, policy and implementation to ensure compliance with relevant privacy and data protection laws and regulations.

 

 

Descriptif du poste


Under the supervision of the Group DPO, you will mainly be involved in the following activities:

  • Contribute to the drafting of positions and opinions concerning privacy and data protection laws and regulations,
  • Participate in the drafting and monitoring of the implementation of policies, guidelines and standard of processes,
  • Contribute to the Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) or Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new projects or initiatives; to the evaluation of completed PIAs/DPIAs; to the recommendation of remedial actions and the monitoring of their implementation,
  • Participate to the Projects for the implementation of new regulations and judgements’ requirements,
  • Contribute to the definition of requirements for the implementation and update of tools to enhance Group's compliance with relevant privacy and data protection laws and regulations,
  • Participate to the response to and the management of data subjects’ requests and of clients’ requests relating to privacy and data protection.
  • Contribute to the animation of the Group's network of data protection practitioners in countries and in entities across the globe,
  • Participate to the preparation of communication, training and information initiatives on data protection for Group employees,
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of other elements of the privacy and data protection compliance framework (i.e. privacy information notices, register of processing activities, etc.).

Profil recherché


  • Master I or II in Law, with specialization in privacy / personal data protection
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Team spirit, responsiveness and dynamism

Strong commitment to upholding ethical and privacy standards and maintaining professional integrity
