We are seeking for a hungry, talented customer care representative to help us manage customer inquiries in cooperation with our partner network and solve any customer or partner related issue in a fast and effective way.
Your responsibilities
- Attract potential customers by answering questions related to classes on skilldeer
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries from customers
- Resolve customer care tickets in a timely manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow-up with leads and encourage them to book a class
- Communicate and coordinate between customers and partner institutions
- Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience.
