U.S. Legal Studies

Application

  • Application Form - Available through LSAC
  • $75 Application Fee
  • TOEFL or IELTS Score - Minimum TOEFL score of 600 (PBT), 250 (CBT), or 90 (iBT). Minimum IELTS score of 7.
  • Transcripts
  • Recommendations - Prepare and send the LSAC recommendation form to TWO people who are either present or former law teachers or supervisors.  If you have graduated from your law degree program within the past two years, at least one of your recommendation letters must be from a former or present law teacher.
  • Personal Statement - A 2-3 page essay that describes who you are and why you are applying to the LL.M. program. Tell us about your experiences, your reasons for seeking an LL.M. degree, and the course of study you wish to pursue. Your statement must be electronically attached to your LSAC application.

  • Scholarship Application (optional)
