Curriculum

The course is made up of three stages - Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and LLM.


Postgraduate Certificate in Law

You’ll study this module:

  • Legal Scholarship

Plus you’ll choose an additional two modules from a wide ranging list.


Postgraduate Diploma in Law

You’ll study these core modules:

  • Company Law
  • International Banking and Finance Law

And you’ll choose one optional module from the following:

  • Business Crime
  • Clinic
  • Commercial Theories
  • Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution
  • Corporate Governance
  • Data Protection, Privacy and Freedom of Information Law
  • Intellectual Property in Information Technology and Other Media
  • Intellectual Property in the Digital Age
  • International Commercial Arbitration
  • National and International Sale of Goods


LLM

You’ll study this core module:

  • Independent Studies
