Your responsibilities

You will join a friendly team of ten Legal Counsels and work with them in the following different fields:

• Contract law :
  • Review, drafting, negotiation of global client, partner and procurement agreements focused principally in IT.
• Data Privacy :
  • Cybersecurity and Personal Data, compliance with latest laws and regulations, and contractual aspects of Privacy.
• Intellectual Property :
  • Drafting of policies, licenses T&Cs, and contractual aspects of IP, legal researches.
• Work closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Corporate, Finance, Regional legal teams).
• Research various legal issues.
• Legal review of press releases for legal issues.

Your skills and qualifications

• Student or graduate with a Master’s degree in Law (International Business Law, IP/IT Law).
• Experience/interest in the IT sector.
• Experience working with contracts.
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently and independently.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good team skills.
