To sustain our growth, we are currently looking for: A Real Estate Lawyer Our real estate team deals with all legal aspects of the construction, lease, purchase, and sale of commercial properties and associated financing transactions. We offer varied work in a friendly atmosphere, attractive compensation and benefits as well as real career perspectives. Your main tasks will be to: - advise banks with respect to their own real estate needs and for the developing of their projects - advise in large procedures concerning the granting of trade licences - assist the real estate funds in the course of the selling or purchasing of real estate property in Luxembourg - draft and negotiate all types of contracts related to real estate, including: sales, purchases, leases, long leases, financial leases, management contracts and joint ventures

Profil recherché


The ideal candidate must - be "avocat à la cour" with at least 4 years experience in real estate, corporate and restructuring, ideally in a Luxembourg Law firm, - have strong technical and writing skills, - be a team player, - have a sense of responsibility and be committed to quality work, - be able to take initiatives, - be dynamic, proactive and have excellent communication skills, - have the ability to work autonomously, - be an ambitious and entrepreneurial person, - possess a law degree; an LL.M. from an American or English university would be considered as an advantage, and - be fluent in both written and spoken English, German and French. Luxembourgish would be an advantage.
