The aim of the General Secretary is to Contribute to the Corporate strategy and enable the successful completion of business, by mapping and managing legal risks within Mantu.

The Commercial Legal monitors all commercial affairs in Mantu. Handles both internal and external legal concerns link to commercial contracts, clients and suppliers.

The Commercial Legal Officer is a Legal Adviser capable of being a true business partner to all departments within the Group. In particular, the Legal Adviser is able to offer solid contract reviews and viable solutions to all key people in the Company.

You will be in charge of:

• Legal support in Commercial Law
• Drafting & reviewing commercial agreements/contracts
• Confidentiality agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements
• Risk analysis
• Commercial contract Clauses
• Post-contractual obligations
• Validity of documents
• Freelancing contracts Breach of contractual obligations
• Commercial handbook and policy review and creation
• Legal support for contract negotiation

• You have a Master Degree in Corporate Law and/or Business Law
• You are able to work in English and another Euopean language; third language would be an added value
• You have had some previous experiences in Commercial Law and Business Law
• You are able to ensure legal knowledge is up to date and be proactive in sharing this with the team
• You are problem solving skills and ability to work in an international business environment
