• Advise domestic and international clients on fund formation, restructuring and distribution matters in a front-line capacity;
• Contribute to new business initiatives and participate to “know-how” development;
• Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.

• A first significant experience acquired in the investment funds department of a well-known Luxembourg-based law firm;
• A strong academic background and qualifications in law (i.e. a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications), ideally completed with a specialized Master’s degree (an LL.M., an MBA or another foreign diploma) and EU Bar qualification;
• Solid technical skills in the funds area and sound knowledge of broader legal/regulatory issues;
• An honest, diligent and dynamic personality focused on building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues;
• Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered as an asset.
